Microsoft has posted information about the upcoming Windows Phone Tango update on its Windows Phone update support site. The update bumps the platform up to version number 7.10.8773.98 includes new MMS capabilities in the Messaging app, the ability to import SIM card contacts to the phone and vice-versa, a GPS location icon in the status bar, and other improvements. The new version of the Windows Phone operating system is already shipping on the European version of the Nokia Lumia 900, but it is not clear as to when it will be made available to existing Windows Phone handsets.
