Things haven't been so easy for Nokia lately, as it has seen its market share decline across the world and recently lost the title of the world's largest mobile phone maker to Samsung. As a result of this decline, Nokia today announced some new leadership changes, a revised financial outlook for the second quarter of 2012, and a series of layoffs that will cut 10,000 jobs by the end of 2013.
