Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. announced that the Chairman of the Board, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al-Arifi, submitted his resignation from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee, citing personal reasons.
According to a statement on Tadawul, he will retain his membership on both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee during the current term.

The resignation is effective from July 1, 2025, or upon the company receiving approval from the relevant regulatory authorities for another nominee to assume the Chairman roles, whichever comes first.
The company added that it will announce any material developments related to the matter in due course.
In December 2023, the independent member Saud Al-Arifi was appointed in Al Sagr as Chairman of the Board of Directors, according to data compiled by Argaam.
