Harry Maguire has inked a fresh agreement with Manchester United.
The England international, whose current arrangement was set to conclude at the end of the season, has consented to new stipulations that will retain him at Old Trafford until 2027, with the prospect of an additional year.
Maguire transferred to United from Leicester in 2019 and has since accumulated 266 appearances for the team, aiding them in securing triumphs in the EFL Cup and FA Cup.
He conveyed to the club’s official online portal: “Representing Manchester United is the pinnacle of distinction. This is a duty that instills pride in both myself and my loved ones daily.
“I am overjoyed to prolong my tenure at this phenomenal club for a minimum of eight campaigns and to keep performing before our exceptional fanbase, forging further unforgettable memories collectively.
“The aspirations and promise of this vibrant team are palpable. The unwavering resolve across the entire organization to contend for significant silverware is undeniable, and I am certain that our most triumphant times together are yet to come.”
