The automatic response feature can be activated when drafting a listing, prompting Meta AI to compose a customizable reply to any questions regarding item accessibility. For instance, in a demonstration by Meta, its AI assistant generated an automated message stating, “Yes, it’s still available. Do you have any questions?”
Furthermore, Facebook Marketplace is also endeavoring to accelerate the item listing procedure; Meta AI can now leverage your item’s photographs to populate descriptive information and suggest a valuation based on comparable local listings.
An overhauled delivery options menu is also available, alongside novel AI-created overviews of vendor profiles. These summaries will provide purchasers with insights into your Facebook account’s age, your number of connections, and a rundown of your Marketplace engagement, encompassing the categories of products you offer and your overall rating.
