The Los Angeles Angels introduced that supervisor Ron Washington will keep on medical go away for the rest of the 2025 season with an unspecified medical situation.

“We’re beginning to see the character of the staff take the character of (Ron Washington),” Angels normal supervisor Perry Minasian stated in an announcement. “There’s some resiliency, there’s some toughness, and that’s precisely what Ron is.

Washington was employed by the Angels previous to the 2024 season, and is 103-140 in 243 video games with the staff. He was the supervisor of the Texas Rangers for eight seasons (2007-2014) and had a 664-611 document with them.
He led the Rangers to back-to-back World Sequence appearances in 2010 and 2011 earlier than stepping down abruptly in September 2014.
The Angels are 40-41 on the season, and have a 7-4 document with Montgomery on the helm.

That is Montgomery’s first time as an MLB supervisor in his teaching profession. He joined the Angels as their director of participant personnel for the 2020 season and have become the staff’s bench coach in 2021.
