So, Mike, it has been nearly 100 days because you arrived at Fiserv as CEO elect on the time, and just a few weeks because you took over as CEO. So, as you mirror on the previous few months and weeks, inform us about what you’ve got discovered and what has stunned you.

Nicely, it has been a busy first 100 days for me, and clearly a disappointing first 100 days for our shares. And as you’d count on, I’ve spent a variety of time, I am certain, with a few of the folks within the room and with all our shareholders, and the clear message to us is that, as an organization, we may have achieved a greater job of speaking on a few of the underlying development drivers of our companies, and you’ve got my full dedication going ahead to just do that. For those who draw back from that and suppose extra broadly, it has been thrilling and an energizing begin. Met with just a little over 1,000 of our shoppers internationally, a lot of our staff throughout the U.S. websites, and spent a while in Europe and Asia, and actually have been going by means of and systematically re-underwriting all of our companies and operational areas and finding out all features of the corporate.
