A second man has been charged in reference to arson assaults on properties related to UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
The Metropolitan Police mentioned Stanislav Carpiuc, a 26-year-old Romanian nationwide, had been charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit arson with intent to hazard life following a sequence of fires in north London.
