Detroit Pistons guard Malik Beasley was reportedly beneath a federal investigation over playing allegations tied to NBA video games and prop bets.

Beasley’s lawyer, Steve Haney, spoke out concerning the reported investigation.
“An investigation will not be a cost,” Haney informed ESPN. “Malik is afforded the identical proper of the presumption of innocence as anybody else beneath the U.S. Structure. As of now, he has not been charged with something.”
The allegations towards Beasley weren’t instantly identified.

“We’re cooperating with the federal prosecutors’ investigation,” NBA spokesman Mike Bass informed Fox Information Digital.
