UK unveils defence training drive

The federal government has outlined a sequence of recent training and coaching initiatives aimed toward strengthening defence expertise, supporting college partnerships, and increasing youth engagement by means of the Mixed Cadet Pressure (CCF).

In a written response to Lord Naseby, Defence Minister Lord Coaker confirmed that the Ministry of Defence and the Division for Schooling “recognise the important work of Cadet Forces in colleges” and proceed to develop alternatives by means of the joint Cadet Enlargement Programme (CEP).
