Per a police document, the females were awaiting embarkation on a Frontier Airlines flight when a staff member requested payment for a supplementary piece of hand luggage. An oral dispute ensued, and the women received a caution that they might be disembarked from the aircraft should they fail to adhere.
The document indicates Dockery instructed her two companions to disregard the staff member, and they advanced onto the aircraft via a prohibited zone.
Officers from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Department attended the scene, and a Frontier executive asked for the females to be escorted off once their embarkation documents were invalidated. The officers instructed the females to exit the plane, however, they declined and received numerous cautions, the document stated.
