This central player envisions an enduring and triumphant tenure with the Reds.
Ryan Gravenberch has penned an extended agreement with Liverpool.
The club disclosed on Saturday that the central player had consented to renewed conditions, having made a significant impact for the Reds since his transfer from Bayern Munich in September 2023.
Gravenberch has participated in 123 matches for Liverpool, netting eight goals and securing two significant accolades.
He assisted them in achieving EFL Cup success in 2024. Furthermore, his progression under Arne Slot during the previous season proved vital for Liverpool’s effortless stride to the Premier League championship in 2024-25. However, a consecutive EFL Cup triumph eluded them, as Newcastle United prevailed.
Gravenberch Desires Enduring and Triumphant Tenure at Liverpool
Gravenberch’s original agreement was set to conclude in 2028. Nevertheless, extending his tenure beyond that date required no persuasion.
“I feel exceptionally well,” Gravenberch communicated to Liverpoolfc.com. “It was a great source of pride for me to prolong my agreement at such a prominent club. Consequently, I am truly pleased to be able to remain here for numerous additional years.”
“I immediately perceived the confidence from the organization, as well as from the coach. The choice presented no difficulty for me. My kin also finds contentment in this location. Having been here for nearly three years, I am now familiar with all aspects. I am content with my presence here.”
“In the immediate future, my objective is to conclude the season as proficiently as feasible. Regarding the distant future: to secure many additional accolades with Liverpool.”
“I share a truly pleasant rapport with [the supporters]. Whenever I perform commendably in the arena, I discern them vocalizing my anthem.
“I am profoundly appreciative of the supporters, as our current standing would be unattainable without their presence. Moving forward, we endeavor to present them with numerous further [accolades], and we trust this can be accomplished.”
