In the early hours of Tuesday, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) momentarily suspendedall JetBlue flights, following the airline’s request. This was detailed in a bulletin issued by the agency’s Air Traffic Control System Command Center.Related: Google Ignites India̵…
This country-wide flight suspension, encompassing every destination and operational site, persisted between 12:35 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. ET, as indicated by the FAA’s notification.
In a press release, the FAA declared: “Services have resumed their normal course after JetBlue asked the FAA to halt flights across the nation for the night due to an internal technology problem.”
JetBlue informed FOX Business, stating: “A momentary system disruption has been rectified, and we have recommenced services.”
