L.A. Mayor Karen Bass mentioned she is “saddened” to see the vandalism that has stemmed from the riots in components of town.

Apart from autonomous autos, the LAPD posted on X that companies and residents in downtown Los Angeles have reported incidents of vandalism and looting in a single day on Sunday after rioters did not disperse.

“Agitators have splintered into and thru out (sic) the Downtown Space,” the LAPD’s Central Division wrote on X on Sunday. “Residents, companies and guests to the Downtown Space ought to be alert and report any prison exercise. Officers are responding to a number of totally different places to disperse crowds.”
