Andrew Janocko, the quarterback mentor for the Seattle Seahawks, will assume the role of offensive coordinator for the Las Vegas Raiders, as ESPN’s Adam Schefter disclosed on Sunday, citing various sources.
Janocko is set to rejoin Klint Kubiak, the head coach of the Raiders, having previously collaborated with him in New Orleans and Seattle.
The Raiders concluded the previous season with a 3-14 record, subsequently dismissing their first-year coach, Pete Carroll. Las Vegas boasts promising offensive assets such as tight end Brock Bowers and running back Ashton Jeanty. Moreover, they hold the first overall pick in the 2026 NFL draft and are projected to choose Fernando Mendoza, the Indiana quarterback and Heisman Trophy recipient.
On Sunday, the Raiders also formally elevated Rob Leonard, who served as their run game coordinator and defensive line coach, to the role of defensive coordinator.
