Lovable, the AI-driven application development framework most recently appraised at $6.6 billion, is actively pursuing takeovers. On Monday, Anton Osika, the startup’s co-founder and chief executive, declared via X that the firm sought out “additional outstanding teams and nascent companies to become part of Lovable.”

“A significant number of individuals holding crucial positions within Lovable had founded their own ventures just prior to becoming part of our organization,” he stated in an online update. “Our organizational ethos has been cultivated to enable entrepreneurial individuals to flourish within the company, empowering them to operate independently and spearhead new projects.”

Osika indicated that this prospect would enable individuals engaged in compelling endeavors to persist in their work on a broader scope. He instructed interested entities to contact Théo Daniellot, the firm’s head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Partnerships.

Lovable’s ambition to absorb teams or more compact enterprises emerges amidst intense rivalry from alternative platforms, including Cursor, Replit, and Bolt, alongside the inherent coding capabilities of the AI models themselves. Elena Verna, the firm’s chief of growth, previously articulated that Lovable is apprehensive about the rivalry posed by major AI research institutions such as OpenAI and Anthropic.

Notwithstanding these apprehensions, Lovable continues to experience significant expansion, with recent disclosures indicating an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $400 million, a substantial increase from $200 million at the close of 2025. Furthermore, the platform now facilitates the daily creation of more than 200,000 innovative vibe-coding endeavors.

This marks not Lovable’s initial foray into mergers and acquisitions, as it previously took over the cloud service provider Molnett during November, with the objective of expanding its cloud infrastructure division.

TechCrunch contacted Lovable, seeking further information regarding the categories of emerging companies, ventures, or groups it is presently keen on.
